When I moved to Seymour 4 years ago, I was looking for a place that was affordable, comfortable, and a little upscale. My expectations were all exceeded when I rented from Arthur Properties. I have been delighted with the modern built-in appliances, especially the micro-wave over the range, and the kitchen layout. The air conditioning in the summer is wonderful, which is something I had not had before. The carpeting is great for going barefoot. The utilities are very reasonable.
My townhouse always makes me feel like I am "at home", rather than just renting a "place". A friend of mine thought I had bought a condo because is was so stylish and well designed.
Rhea and Kevin Arthur are great landlords, always great to work with, and work hard to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment. You do not need to look any further.
